DEFOE RETURNS TO ENGLAND

Tottenham hot-spur striker Jermain Defoe has returned to England following the death of his father Jimmy Defoe who was 49years old.

Defoe has taking to twitter after hundreds of fans sent him condolence messages through the social networking website.

Defoe will probably rejoin the squad after England's first match against France in Donetsk on June 11.

The English squad have been hit by several injuries to keep players like Gary Cahill,Frank Lampard and Gareth Barry.
