The ‘90s called … and they actually don’t want this look back. Miley Cyrus let it all hang out in a cropped top and Daisy Dukes (with a flannel shirt tied around her waist) while out with a friend in Los Angeles on Thursday – just one day after she wore almost the exact same outfit. The only difference is that on this day, she didn’t bend over and expose half of her derriere, like she did on Wednesday! 

With the temperatures in New York City nearing 100 degrees on Thursday, Justin Bieber hit up “The Late Show With David Letterman” dressed in enough leather to outfit a motorcycle gang. Worse yet, his leather pants were baggy!

Justin Bieber wasn’t the only leather-clad celeb spotted out and about this week. Socialite Paris Hilton, who has been MIA as of late, unfortunately resurfaced at the “Sunset Strip” premiere afterparty on Tuesday in this dominatrix-inspired dress, complete with lace-up arm guards and garters.

Supermodel Elle Macpherson is still hot; the neon accessory trend is still hot, too. What isn’t hot is the sloppy, slashed Louis Heal ensemble she wore to a “Top Model” event on Tuesday evening. Adore her, but this is just a sad attempt at trying to recapture one’s youth.

Hey, at least Rihanna managed to keep her clothes on this week. At this stage, what more can we ask for?

Emma Stone has looked quite lovely during her recent, two-week “Amazing Spider-Man” press barrage … until Tuesday night’s Parisian premiere, when she unleashed her inner goth girl in this haunting Gucci getup. Darling, you’re promoting a summer blockbuster, not auditioning for that unnecessary NBC remake of “The Munsters.” 

You couldn’t tell by looking at this pic, but “Bones” star Emily Deschanel is actually only 35. Shocker, right? Can someone please tell her to stop dressing like a little old lady? Leave that to Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

When you’re the star of “Mob Wives,” you can get away with wearing just about anything … except this. Take note, Big Ang. We love ya, but that top is over the top.

This is by no means the most hideous outfit Britney Spears has unleashed on our unprotected eyeballs. Her Lorena Sarbu dress does, however, resemble a sparkly potato sack. In addition to her unflattering frock, Brit sported a forced smile and equally awkward-looking tresses while auditioning “X Factor” hopefuls in Oakland, California.
